Construction management software

Know each site's accounts before you pay or bill

Bring attendance, deliveries, expenses, agreed work and actual receipts into one account, with each site's position beside your firm's cash and profit.

Your first live site is free for good, with the whole product and unlimited users. You can begin free, with one live site and the records you have now; invite staff when you are ready. You accept the service terms when you create your firm; paid sites are a separate commitment.

Site accounts

Open a total to the work and money behind it

You can follow site cost, party dues and client receipts back to their records. Cash and profit stay separate, and missing or provisional figures remain visible.

The day's work

Use the day's entries for the account and the DPR

Attendance, challans, expenses and progress, entered once, feed the daily report and books. Your position includes the facts your firm has received; you can also see which site hasn't sent its day.

Wages and dues

Check what you owe before settling

Bring attendance and wage advances into worker pay, measured work and advances into the subcontractor's running bill, and deliveries into supplier dues. Differences stay visible while you resolve them.

Client bills and receipts

Bill from agreed work and see what remains due

Keep scope, agreed extras, bills, deductions and retention together. Your client can open their account by link and pay you directly. A shared bill or payment report doesn't become a receipt until you confirm the money.

Schedule, drawings and defects

Follow progress against the schedule

See recorded progress against planned work and linked billing dates. Keep the current approved drawing distinct from earlier revisions, and follow a reported defect through its response and closure evidence.

Give your CA the account behind the figures

Pricing

The first live site is free for good

You get the whole product, unlimited users, free migration and human support. Each further live site costs Rs 1,000 a month or Rs 10,000 a year, plus 18% GST.

A site counts when work is recorded during the month. Quiet sites and finished sites waiting only on retention don't cost that month.

Questions before you start

Will my supervisor see client receipts?

You can give your supervisor their site work without access to client receipts or your whole firm's account.

What if my client or labour contractor won't use another app?

They can read their own records by link without signing in. You can record their returned agreement or differences with the evidence, separately from an action they take while signed in.

Do I have to rebuild every old job?

You can begin with one live opening. Free migration covers live records, openings and current-year vouchers; photos and drawings are uploads.

What happens when the site has no signal?

Staff can record manual daily entries with photos on the phone and send them when connected. If the browser hasn't protected storage, an entry shows as held on this phone only until the firm receives it, with an offer to add PlinthBook to the home screen. The browser may delete it before receipt. Approvals, payment confirmation, allocation, sharing and current balances need a connection. Work that hasn't synced can't be recovered from a lost phone.

Can I still read my account if I stop paying?

Your records stay readable and exportable, and collection can continue while the account exists. At 30 days past due, new work is restricted to one site you choose, with advance warning. Incurred charges remain payable.

Who helps us get started?

Human support is available every day, 9 am to 9 pm IST, including setup, training and free migration. Messages outside those hours are answered from 9 am.
